Question: Do you think it is possible to treat narcissism and people with other traits within the dark triad. If so, how would you go about this?

Great question indeed! Honestly, I don’t know the answer to this one – it is something that would be incredibly interesting to study. We know that all the traits can be toxic and damaging in the workplace and that it is possible to counter some of these effects by surrounding oneself with supportive people, ensuring that there are elements of compassion too. I would foresee that elements of therapy could be used – though not sure it would be a cure.
