      Thanks for the question – so my favourite study was getting groups of strangers to work as a team (or in some cases, not) on a number of tasks in a commercial escape room. I rented out an escape room for 3 days and had back-to-back teams of strangers engage with one another and work on tasks. I was able to record all interactions with hidden cameras and identify how narcissism emerges in the team and the influence it has on the dynamics and performance of the team.
